TikTok Revenue Calculator

Estimate what TikTok actually pays under the Creator Rewards Program — the program that replaced the old Creator Fund in 2023–2025 and pays roughly 10–40× more per view. Enter your posting volume, views, audience region, and niche to model view-based rewards, then add TikTok Shop commissions and LIVE gifts for a full monthly income picture. Built around qualified views, the detail most calculators get wrong.

TikTok income estimate

Qualified views / month275,000
Effective RPM (per 1K qualified views)$1.10
Creator Rewards / month$303
TikTok Shop + LIVE gifts / month$0
Total monthly income$303
Annual run rate$3,630
Effective payout per 1M raw views$605

Only videos longer than 60 seconds, watched at least 5 seconds by viewers in eligible countries, earn through Creator Rewards — that is why 45% of raw views are excluded here. For most creators, brand deals and TikTok Shop commissions (5-30% per sale) pay several times more than view-based rewards. Estimates only, not guaranteed payouts; benchmarks verified September 2026.

How this calculator works

Only qualified views earn: videos must be longer than 60 seconds, watched at least 5 seconds by real users in eligible countries. Qualified views typically run at 40–70% of raw views. Rewards are qualified views divided by 1,000 times an effective RPM — your region's base RPM (US around $0.40–$2.00, most other regions lower) multiplied by a niche multiplier (finance and tech earn the most, comedy and gaming the least). TikTok Shop commissions and LIVE gifts are added separately as direct monthly amounts.

Creator Rewards RPM by niche (US, 2026)

Per 1,000 qualified views. Finance and tech sit at the top because advertisers pay a premium to reach high-intent audiences; broad entertainment attracts views but weaker ad demand.

NicheRPM (per 1K qualified views)
Finance / Business$1.50–$3.00
Technology$1.00–$2.50
Education$0.80–$2.00
Beauty / Fashion$0.60–$1.50
Fitness$0.60–$1.50
Food / Lifestyle$0.50–$1.20
Entertainment / Gaming$0.40–$1.00
Comedy$0.30–$0.80

RPM by audience region (2026)

Viewer location dominates payout: a US view can pay 5× more than one from the lowest-value markets.

RegionRPM (per 1K qualified views)
United States$0.80–$1.20
United Kingdom$0.70–$1.00
Canada$0.60–$0.90
Australia$0.60–$0.95
India$0.20–$0.50

Creator Rewards pays a share of a pool whose size TikTok sets — unlike YouTube's fixed 55% revenue share — so RPMs vary more and are never guaranteed. Cumulative program payouts reached roughly $2.1B by early 2026 per secondary reports. Last updated: September 2026. Useful scenarios

  • A creator posting 20 finance videos a month averaging 25,000 views each with a US audience: about 275,000 qualified views at a $1.50 effective RPM earns roughly $410/month from Creator Rewards alone.
  • A comedy account with the same views but mostly non-US audiences: at a $0.375 effective RPM the same qualified views pay about $103/month — the niche and geography gap is larger than the view gap.
  • A product reviewer earning $600/month in TikTok Shop commissions on top of $250 in rewards, showing why Shop income often exceeds view-based pay.

FAQ

Why does my viral video pay so little?

Most likely it was under 60 seconds (ineligible), most viewers were outside eligible countries, or they scrolled past in under 5 seconds. Raw view counts routinely overstate qualified views by 30–60%, and only qualified views earn.

What are the eligibility requirements for Creator Rewards?

You need to be 18 or older, have at least 10,000 followers, at least 100,000 qualified video views in the last 30 days, and live in an eligible country (US, UK, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Italy, and others).

Is this the same as the old Creator Fund?

No. The Creator Fund paid about $0.02–$0.05 per 1,000 views from a fixed daily pool and has been retired in most markets. The Creator Rewards Program pays roughly $0.40–$2.00 per 1,000 qualified views and rewards originality, watch time, and engagement. Any article still quoting $0.02–$0.05 is out of date.

Can I live on Creator Rewards alone?

Rarely. For most creators past the eligibility threshold, view-based rewards are the smallest of several income streams — brand deals priced off reach, TikTok Shop commissions (5–30% per sale), and LIVE gifts usually pay several times more. Rewards pay for the habit of posting; the audience is the actual asset.
